Episodes

5 Teams made up of 4 individual players will square off against each other for 3 Rounds.

Each team will run the operation in the time line described below based upon the option chosen at team sign up.

  • Round 1: Tinderbox
  • Round 2: Foxtrot
  • Round 3: Stronghold

A Leaderboard for each Qualifying Episode will be updated with standings after each round is completed. The final Leaderboard with scores will be revealed Saturday after the 4th Qualifying Episode is complete.

The team with the highest combined score from all 3 Rounds will qualify for 1 of 5 spots in that season's Championship Episode.

Each team will be assigned task forces that have been set up especially for this event.

The 5th and final spot will be secured by the highest scoring runner up from the Season.

You have 2 options listed below to choose from when you hit each round. Please choose your option when you sign up.

Option 1

Your team will spread each round over the week.

  • Round 1 can start after 5 PM UTC Sunday and must be completed by 5 PM UTC Tuesday.
  • Round 2 can start after 5 PM UTC Tuesday and must be completed by 5 PM UTC Thursday.
  • Round 3 can start after 5 PM UTC Thursday and must be completed by 5 PM UTC Saturday.

Each team member will do their attack, then they are free to go.

A second task force will be assigned, if needed, to run Round 3.

Option 2

Your team will be assigned separate task forces to hit rounds back to back.

Your team can choose to hit all 3 rounds back to back by Tuesday 5pm UTC, OR you can do first 2 rounds back to back by Tuesday 5pm UTC and Round 3 will be rolled after Thursday 5pm UTC and must be completed by Saturday 5pm UTC.

Let Board know during assignments if you want 2 or 3 ops back to back by Tuesday.

Championship Episode

Championship Episode will consist of 5 spots. 4 teams will have secured a spot during their Qualifying Episode and the highest scoring runner up from the Season will secure the 5th and final spot.

All 5 teams will run 3 Rounds.

  • Round 1: Foxtrot
  • Round 2: Stronghold
  • Round 3: Choke Point

Options remain the same as the Qualifying Episode. Please choose your option during confirmation of the Championship Episode.

The team with the highest total force points score from all 3 Rounds will be crowned our Champion.

Championship teams are allowed to exchange 1 player if a player is not willing or is unable to play prior to the Championship Episode start and the changes have been approved by an administrator.

If for any reason a team is unable to participate the week of the Championship Episode, they forfeit and will be replaced by the team from that season with the highest score that does not currently hold a spot in the Championship Episode, and is available to play. Commitment to the Championship Episode needs to be confirmed by 5 PM UTC on the Saturday prior to the Championship Episode start.

If a player ends up on two different teams in the Championship Episode, the player will have to choose which team to participate on and the team not chosen will be responsible for finding a substitute. You must notify an administrator if a team member changes and have it approved.

Rules

The rules apply to all Rounds of the Tournament.

Each team will be comprised of 4 separate individuals. These 4 individuals will compete in a 5 man task force that has been set up by the board. This will be monitored & will result in a disqualification if this rule is broken.

An individual may only be on one team in each Episode. If you are on two teams, and they both get drafted in the same episode – you must choose one team, and the team you didn’t choose will need to replace you.

Each team will be in control of the task force they join. One account will be promoted by an admin. This means that person will allow into the task force who they want, promote who they want, then start the operation when ready and allow reentry if any players have left in between hits.

Once all 4 players are in the task force the task force should be switched to join by request.

Each episode will start 5 PM UTC Sunday and each round must be completed within its window.

Championship Episode will be held after all 4 Qualifying Episodes have been completed and once each team that secured each of the 5 spots has been confirmed and announced. Championship Episode will start at 5 PM UTC Sunday and each Round must be completed in its specified time limit.

The players that begin each event must be the same players through each Round of that event!

Players must use the same account for all 3 rounds. Using a different account for any round will result in penalties.

Players may change the statue line up at anytime during the tournament, within the account that was used to start the tournament.

Players from other teams are NOT permitted to join an ongoing Op of another task force at any time.

The sharing of scores is NOT permitted until a post releasing all scores has been made by an admin.

There are no:

  • Troop restrictions.
  • Sabotage allowed.
  • Joining another team’s ongoing op at any time.
  • Sharing of scores until all scores have been released by an administrator.

Each Team May:

  • Use outside platforms to ask for advice.
  • Start the Round at a time of their choosing within the time frames of the current round.
  • Teams are not required to leave the task force and may stay through all rounds if they so choose.

Penalties:

  • 1st Offense: -100 points from force point count from rounds.
  • 2nd Offense: -200 points from force point count from rounds.
  • 3rd Offense: -400 and suspension from participating in the future.

Note: It will be the administrative boards’ decision on whether the suspension is a team suspension or an individual suspension, depending on the nature of the offenses. It will also be administrative boards’ decision whether or not it is a temporary suspension or permanent one, depending on the nature of the offenses.

Penalties are given per rule broken (offense), including but not limited to:

  • Switching accounts.
  • Changing player name during the tournament.
  • Joining another participating team’s task force.
  • Sharing scores with other teams.
  • Starting the incorrect operation (starting an operation out of the order published).
  • Starting an operation before its scheduled start time.

Note: Any hits NOT completed within the deadline of the Round, or before the operation time ends, in the event it ends before the deadline, will not be counted.

While we do not want to penalize any team, the administrators do hold the right to make case by case decisions in reference to the above penalties.

The board decisions are final and in the best interest of all involved.
